Our meeting room, located at Koningstraat 7 in Haarlem, offers plenty of natural light and is equipped with a spacious, mobile projection screen for presentations. Additionally, the room features fast and reliable Wi-Fi, allowing you to work undisturbed. With a capacity of up to eight people, this room provides the ideal setting for an intimate yet professional gathering.

Meeting package

Our meeting package includes unlimited coffee, fresh tea and filtered water, artisanal treats, and refreshing meeting mints. Notebooks, pens, and a flip chart are also included. Upon request, we are happy to expand the package with snacks during the break or a catered lunch.

Of course, it is also possible to combine the meeting with an overnight stay in our comfortable suites. Haarlem Hotel Suites is ideal for business stays — with or without a meeting.

The meeting package is available from €32 per person per half-day (including use of the room, projection screen, flip chart, writing materials, coffee, tea, filtered water, soft drinks, and snacks). For guests staying overnight, a special rate of €25 per person per half-day applies.
